Boy am I tired. I walked and walked around that restaurant. Over and over. My first training shift went well I think. The manager seems to like me. He's really hot, so that makes working there nicer. Sorry I haven't posted in a few days. When I came home on Saturday, my parents were waiting to talk to me. They feel since I'm 18 now that I should get a part time job. They want me to learn the value of a dollar, whatever that means? And be taking the steps to move out of their silly home. I've spent the last few days hitting the mall trying not to shop and looking at the want ads. Since I've never had a job, most places felt I'm unskilled. I couldn't even get a job at my fav store which I spend a lot of time and money at. So that lead me to a few Restaurants. It looks like I'm going to be a hostess with the mostest I'm doing whatever I can now to make money. Because who can live off minimum wage. My stupid parents even cut off my allowance, without any notice. I wish they would have warned me first. How am I going to work?? I mean with school, friends and parting my days are full. We'll I guess I have no choice. I have to think about Europe this summer and money to get my party on. I wish there was some way I could get paid doing what I love, writing. Is that even possible? I start my first shift in an hour, who knows what I'll get myself into working there.
